Overview
The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Global Marketing Coordinator for Search & Social to support its digital fundraising and marketing initiatives. This full-time consultant role will manage and optimize digital advertising channels to enhance WFP’s global fundraising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Track daily campaign performance and identify issues.
- Monitor data tracking tools including Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and Google Enhanced Conversions.
- Resolve ad rejections and campaign delivery issues.
- Conduct regular ad account audits and quality assurance checks.
- Monitor ad credit limits, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Launch seasonal and emergency search advertising campaigns.
- Assist with budget optimization and bidding strategies.
- Update CRM-based audiences used for ad targeting.
- Support the execution of global digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about updates and new features across advertising platforms.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.
- Document and update best practices for digital marketing operations.
- Work closely with internal campaign managers and marketing specialists.
- Coordinate with external partners including Meta, TikTok, and Google representatives.
- Participate in strategic meetings to improve campaign performance and fundraising outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one advertising platform such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in a media agency environment is considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Clear communication, reporting, and analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and task management skills.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher); knowledge of French, German, Spanish, Chinese, or Arabic is an advantage.
- Flexibility to support urgent campaigns during humanitarian emergencies.
