Overview

Braze, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Associate to join the team to provide technical assistance to employees. This role involves fulfilling requests at the service desk, supporting macOS and iOS hardware, and troubleshooting network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting Mac endpoint deployment.
• Provide in-office AV support for managing conference room equipment and supporting live events.
• Support account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace.
• Conduct audits of conference room equipment and manage IT asset inventory.
• Write knowledge base how-to articles for employee support.
• Manage deployed computers and mobile devices via JAMF and Google MDM.
• Basic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks.

Requirements

• A self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize issues.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly via email, chat, and video conferencing.
• Experience troubleshooting and administering Apple computers and mobile devices.
• 3-5 years of providing technical support.
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks.
• Experience with Google Meet and Zoom configurations.
