Overview

Women’s Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative (WRAPA) is seeking qualified candidates for a role focused on data analysis and reporting. WRAPA is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting and protecting women's rights in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop dashboards, tables, charts, and summaries for internal and donor reporting.
Support outcome tracking, indicator analysis, and performance monitoring.
Work closely with MEAL and Programme teams on evaluation and reporting timelines.
Support documentation of learning, case studies, and evidence generation.
Ensure adherence to data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards.

Requirements

Prior experience in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, research, or related fields is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools is required. Knowledge of Power BI, SPSS, or other analytical tools is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
