Job Summary
The Quality Control/Sensory Evaluation Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all finished products meet established quality standards set by L&Z Integrated Farms as well as relevant regulatory authorities. The role involves monitoring production processes, evaluating product quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards to guarantee consistent and safe product output.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will conduct routine quality control checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with defined specifications. They will perform sensory evaluation of dairy products to assess taste, texture, aroma, and overall product acceptability.

The officer will be responsible for identifying deviations in product quality and recommending corrective actions to maintain production standards. They will also support the implementation of food safety systems and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines.

In addition, the role involves maintaining accurate quality control records, preparing reports on product quality trends, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related issues. The officer will also participate in internal audits and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of HND or BSc in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.

Candidates should have between two to four years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably within the dairy manufacturing industry. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a good understanding of food safety standards are essential for success in this role.
