📦 1. Logistics Officer

🎯 Role Summary

You’ll manage logistics operations for MdM’s base, ensuring smooth running of:

• Fleet 🚗
• Procurement 🛒
• Equipment & inventory 📦
• Facilities 🏢

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🚚 Logistics & Operations

• Manage vehicles, fuel, generators & maintenance
• Oversee procurement processes & supplier management
• Ensure proper stock and asset tracking

🧾 Procurement & Supply Chain

• Prepare RFQs, contracts & purchase orders
• Conduct market surveys & vendor verification
• Ensure compliance with MdM & donor standards

🏗️ Facilities & Field Support

• Supervise office/clinic maintenance
• Support field logistics assessments
• Ensure communication systems (internet, phones)

👥 Team Management

• Supervise drivers, guards & logistics assistants
• Conduct training and performance evaluations

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years logistics experience (NGO preferred)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain & procurement
• Good Excel & reporting skills
• Strong coordination & organizational ability

📊 2. MEAL Officer

(Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning)

🎯 Role Summary

You’ll handle data systems, monitoring, and reporting to ensure project impact and accountability.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📈 Data Management

• Maintain databases & monitoring tools
• Analyze and clean project data
• Ensure data quality assurance (DQA)

📍 Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track project indicators & performance
• Conduct field visits and assessments
• Support reporting to donors

📣 Accountability

• Manage complaints & feedback system (CRM)
• Engage communities through surveys & meetings
• Ensure transparency in operations

🗂️ Documentation

• Verify reports and supporting documents
• Archive and maintain records

✅ Requirements

• Degree in:
  • Statistics / IT / Social Sciences / Development
• 2+ years experience in M&E / Data roles (NGO preferred)
• Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
• Fluency in English & Hausa
