Pebbles, Marks & Nana Farms Limited is currently seeking a competent and proactive HSE Officer to join its growing team across multiple locations. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about maintaining safe working environments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong health and safety culture within an organization.

Role Overview
The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying workplace hazards, conducting safety inspections, and promoting best practices across all operational sites.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HSE management, safety compliance, or environmental management
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles and practices
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and enforce compliance standards effectively
• Professional HSE certifications will be an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Risk assessment and hazard identification
• Health and safety management systems
• Incident investigation and reporting
• Strong report writing and documentation skills
• Training, facilitation, and staff sensitization
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and procedures
