Sales Executive – Financial Institution

Overview

Identify and generate new business opportunities, promote and sell financial products, build client relationships, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
Promote and sell financial products and services to individuals and SMEs
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financial solutions
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
0–3 years of sales experience. Financial services experience is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Benefits

Salary Range: 150,000 – 250,000 Net

Finance Controller

Overview

Oversee the full financial management framework of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ICAN or ACCA mandatory
7–10+ years progressive finance experience
3–5 years in a senior financial leadership role
Strong IFRS and financial controls expertise
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
Preferred Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, FMCG, Financial Services, Hospitality, Consulting, Wine and Spirits, Oil and Gas
