Overview

CLEAR Global is seeking an external consultant to develop a feasible business plan and market entry strategy for the TWB Voice platform and its voice data collection services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze demand for voice data and AI solutions in low-resource languages.
• Assess and refine how TWB Voice meets user needs.
• Develop a financial framework for revenue generation.
• Outline operational steps for scaling TWB Voice across multiple languages.
• Identify potential clients, partners, and funders.

Deliverables

• Business Plan: Strategy for scaling voice data services.
• Financial Model: Multi-year projections in Google Sheets.
• Client & Partner Registry: Prioritized list with contact profiles.
• Investor/Donor Pitch Deck: Visual presentation highlighting the business model.

Requirements

• Proven success in business and financial modeling for social impact tech initiatives.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Knowledge of language technology, AI, NLP, and their role in humanitarian and development contexts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Industry connections in AI and language tech for low-resource languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
