Overview

UNICC (United Nations International Computing Centre) is seeking a Microsoft Technologies Support Consultant to deliver first-level support for end-user systems, manage hardware and software, and resolve incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, resolve, and log IT incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform installations, updates, and removals
• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Address hardware and performance issues, consulting experts when necessary
• Support LAN/wireless networks and hardware/software projects
• Provide technical support in person and remotely in English and French

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
• Experience providing Microsoft support following best practices such as ITIL
• Hardware testing on terminals, including computers, tablets, and mobile devices
• Essential: Completion of secondary school
• Desirable: Post-secondary training or diploma in Computer Science
• English: Expert level
• French: Intermediate level

Benefits

Fees will be aligned with the UN National Officer salary scales or Individual Consultancy band levels.

Location

Remote, with potential work in The Hague, Netherlands.
