    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the messaging and positioning for Novus, ensuring alignment across product, sales, marketing, and leadership.
    • Implement the full go-to-market plan encompassing audience targeting, channel strategy, and campaign management.
    • Collaborate with revenue marketing to define acquisition channels and drive early-access signups.
    • Build community presence by engaging with developers through forums, social channels, and events.
    • Work with product and growth teams to design effective onboarding and conversion paths.
    • Define positioning for both Novus and Pendo in the market.
    • Create supportive materials for sales and partner teams to have informed discussions with product engineers.
    • Track metrics to connect Novus activities to revenue outcomes and identify effective strategies.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of product positioning and narrative.
    • Experience in launching or repositioning products, with solid writing and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Strong content creation skills, crafting engaging narratives and positioning documents.
    • Practical fluency with AI tools and demonstrable impact on work outputs.
    • Proactive approach to feedback and iteration in fast-paced environments.
    • Aptitude for translating technical information into compelling messaging.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
    • Experience with product-led growth strategies.
