Overview

Fivetran is looking for a talented Lead Sales Engineering Specialist - Security to join its global sales engineering specialist team. The role focuses on satisfying customer security needs by collaborating with sales and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with technical knowledge of Fivetran’s security operations and platform features.
• Deliver timely responses to security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Legal and AppSec for maintaining internal libraries for security questionnaires.
• Lead documentation and internal enablement efforts.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Engage with customers on security architecture reviews and compliance discussions.
• Stay updated on security technologies and trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years in security administration, backend engineering, or related fields.
• Expertise with cloud and on-premise network architectures, and data security.
• Strong communication skills to convey Fivetran’s security posture.
• Passion for data and security.
• Experience with security questionnaire automation software.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, SQL, and Python is a plus.
