Overview
LeverBrands is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong design philosophy to join their dynamic team. You’ll work with up to 5 to 6 clients as part of a pod, creating high-quality, eye-catching social media visuals that align with each client’s brand identity, primarily designing LinkedIn and Instagram content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for LinkedIn, including carousels, infographics, and quote graphics.
- Maintain strong visual consistency across multiple client accounts while adapting to each client’s unique brand identity.
- Apply a clear design philosophy rather than designing randomly.
- Stay up to date with design and social media trends to keep content modern and relevant.
- Work closely with brand managers and content writers to turn ideas into strong visual content.
- Follow brand guidelines and feedback precisely.
- Manage your workload across multiple clients without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma is REQUIRED.
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong visual design skills with a good eye for layout, spacing, typography, and hierarchy.
- Ability to maintain design consistency across multiple brands.
- High attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback.
