Role Overview

The Maintenance Officer & Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems within the organization. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high safety and operational standards in line with industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of equipment and facilities
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Support preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Engineering or a related discipline
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience in maintenance within the Oil and Gas industry
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
