Overview

The role involves building and leading a team of Delivery Solution Architects focused on delivering technical strategies for Public Sector customers. The Delivery Solutions Architect team aims to ensure use cases are effectively brought into production using Databricks technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team to achieve customer and company goals.
• Hire, coach, and grow a team of Delivery Solutions Architects.
• Ensure the team remains knowledgeable about the technology stack.
• Distribute accounts and work for optimal team balance.
• Build relationships with Sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams.
• Lead activities to monitor customer progress and forecast growth.
• Drive operational efficiency and improve internal processes.
• Maintain a robust hiring pipeline.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (required due to Public Sector client support).
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven experience with SaaS Technologies, particularly in Data Analytics, ETL, Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
• Experience in building and leading technical post-sales teams.
• Ability to be a trusted advisor to technical executives.
• Experience with production workload delivery and deployment.
• Conversant with business issues and big data use cases in various industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% around the D.C. Metro area.
