Overview

Figma is seeking an experienced product leader to enhance the user experience of its multi-product platform. This role involves tackling complex product challenges and shaping strategies that impact how millions design and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, focusing on platform coherence and collaborative experiences.
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability at Figma.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and design teams to drive outcomes.
• Hire, coach, and develop senior product managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing product managers with a proven ability to drive change.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong user empathy with a knack for simplifying complex challenges.
• Experience in setting strategy and executing large user-facing initiatives.
• Strong systems thinking and UX judgment.
• A background in overhauling major cross-app systems is a plus.
