Manager, Product Management - Roundtripping @Figma

Overview

Figma is growing its team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. The role of Manager, Product Management - Roundtripping involves leading teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping capabilities, which integrate design and code.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product aspects of teams focused on Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform.
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for synchronizing design and code.
• Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, focusing on quality measurement and improvement.
• Guide the development of code-context systems and translation tools.
• Manage and develop three Product Managers and hire for open roles.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and research leaders to make technical product decisions.
• Establish a strong operating cadence and own adoption goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record in talent development.
• Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products.
• Track record of setting strategy and executing on initiatives in technically ambiguous environments.
• Experience with enterprise customers and understanding their workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication skills.
