Manager, Product Management - Roundtripping (London, United Kingdom) @Figma

Overview

Figma is seeking a technical product leader to manage the teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping area, which includes Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. This full-time role can be based in London or remotely within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area.
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for synchronizing design and code at Figma.
• Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement and improvement.
• Guide the development of the code-context systems that facilitate workflows and round-tripping between design and code.
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers and hire for open roles.
• Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research for technical product decisions.
• Establish an operating cadence and own adoption goals for relevant workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers with a successful track record in talent development.
• Deep experience in shipping developer tools and AI products.
• A history of setting strategies and executing major initiatives under technical and product ambiguity.
• Experience working with enterprise customers to translate workflows into shipped products.
• Strong collaborative and written communication skills with technical depth.
