Manager, SMB Sales @Figma

Overview

Figma is seeking a Manager, SMB Sales to join its team, which focuses on making design accessible to all. In this role, you will lead a sales org at a high-growth stage and foster meaningful relationships with existing customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success.
• Enable the success of the team to achieve and exceed targets through high velocity inbound and outbound sales.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team to support deal progression.
• Help shape and develop sales processes and initiatives.
• Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.
• Manage performance of the team including accurate forecasting and pipeline generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience.
• Experience leading and growing successful sales teams.
• Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships focused on satisfaction.
• Ability to navigate change effectively in a growing organization.
• Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company.
• Experience with Figma or applicable UX/UI experience.
• Familiarity with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology.
