Overview

Figma is seeking a Manager for their Technical Support team in EMEA to lead the Technical Quality function and enhance product support for enterprise customers. The role involves coaching a high-performing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve workflows and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead the Technical Quality function in EMEA, focusing on technical excellence and customer experience.
Lead and empower the team to meet KPIs across Technical Quality.
Design and implement scalable processes for bug triage, investigation, and resolution.
Collaborate with engineering partners for high-quality bug reporting and feedback loops.
Utilize data from Product Support Analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Coach and develop team members, emphasizing technical depth and career growth.
Support high-complexity Enterprise escalations to ensure consistent technical outcomes.

Requirements

4+ years of experience leading high-performing technical support teams in a SaaS environment.
Strong background in debugging and quality assurance, with knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
Experience supporting complex enterprise environments and workflows related to SSO, SCIM, and security.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build new systems from scratch.
Deep expertise in people management and a passion for team development.
Preferred: Experience using Figma's products and in developer-facing support environments.
