Overview

PROMAD Nigeria is seeking a creative and technically proficient Multimedia Associate to join its Impact & Communications Department in Abuja. This full-time role supports the organization's 2026-2030 strategy by enhancing visibility and impact through high-quality multimedia content, focusing on civic engagement, innovation, and governance projects.

Key Responsibilities

Capture professional photographs and videos during events, field activities, and project implementations.
Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content, including short-form videos, documentaries, and promotional materials.
Document organizational events, workshops, and community engagements through photos, videos, and live streams.
Develop and lead the creation of engaging digital content such as infographics, animations, and multimedia stories.
Create visual demonstrations and promotional media for StackLabs’ digital products.
Organize, archive, and maintain a library of multimedia assets.
Collaborate with communications and broader teams on social media posting, website updates, and report illustrations.
Stay updated on multimedia trends and tools for content enhancement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field. Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years in multimedia production with hands-on experience in photography, video editing, and digital content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) or Final Cut Pro.
Strong knowledge of photography equipment and video production techniques.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing for nonprofits.
Excellent storytelling abilities through visuals, with attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria, or willing to relocate.
A portfolio of previous work is required.

Benefits

Annual remuneration is between 2,100,000.00 NGN and 2,520,000.00 NGN. Benefits include health insurance, 15 days of paid annual leave, and pension contributions. Additional benefits like travel, professional development, and end-of-year packages are provided based on need and organizational funding. Salaries are subject to annual review.
