These roles are primarily based in Lagos, Nigeria, and are open to qualified candidates with relevant academic backgrounds and experience.

One of the featured roles, Specialist – Modern Workplace, focuses on managing end-user devices and ensuring a seamless, modern digital workplace experience. The successful candidate will oversee device inventory, manage Microsoft 365 tools, support IT service delivery, and drive workplace digitization initiatives such as smart meeting rooms and webinar systems. The role also involves supervising support teams, managing software updates and patches, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organisation.

To qualify for this and other positions, applicants are expected to possess a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant discipline, particularly Information Technology or related fields for technical roles. Additional certifications such as ITILv3, CompTIA A+, and Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are advantageous. Candidates should have 3–7 years of professional experience, including IT service support and supervisory experience where applicable.
