Role Overview

The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within an assigned region, ensuring consistent growth, and driving revenue generation. The role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Field Sales Agents to achieve performance targets
Drive customer acquisition and expand market presence within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Monitor sales performance and ensure delivery of revenue targets
Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies
Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies

🎓

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years total sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Prior experience in financial services, banking, lending, or fintech is highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results in a target-driven environment
