    The role is designed for dynamic individuals who will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence Nationwide, and coordinating regional sales activities within the healthcare sector.

    Job Overview

    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective market strategies aimed at increasing product visibility and achieving organizational sales targets. The role involves leading a team of Medical Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed assigned performance goals.

    A key responsibility of the position includes setting clear sales targets, monitoring team performance, and identifying areas that require improvement. The manager will also be expected to mentor and guide team members to improve productivity and ensure consistent achievement of regional objectives.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies to support Nationwide business growth.
    • Lead and supervise Medical Sales Representatives across assigned regions
    • Set sales targets and track team performance against objectives
    • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
    • Generate new business leads, particularly within institutional and healthcare markets
    • Expand client base and strengthen institutional partnerships
    • Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities Nationwide.
    • Use market intelligence to support informed sales and strategic decisions
    • Drive revenue growth and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals

    Qualifications

    Applicants must possess an HND or Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related fields:
    Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy Technology, Biology, or other related disciplines.

    Experience Requirement

    Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.

    Skills and Competencies

    The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of market dynamics. The role also requires analytical thinking, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
