    Job Overview

    The Sales Executive (Automobile) will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the company’s two-wheeler products within assigned territories. The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who understands market dynamics, builds strong customer relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

    This position involves extensive fieldwork, engagement with dealers and customers, and strategic execution of sales initiatives to increase market share and revenue.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for two-wheeler products
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, fleet buyers, and retail customers
    • Identify and onboard new dealers and expand retail distribution networks
    • Conduct regular field visits to promote products, generate leads, and close sales
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
    • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management
    • Execute promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility and product penetration
    • Support dealers with inventory planning, merchandising, and retail activations
    • Collaborate with after-sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the automobile industry (two-wheeler or three-wheeler preferred)
    • Experience working with or selling brands such as Bajaj, TVS, Qlink, Honda, or similar
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Good understanding of motorcycle distribution networks and retail markets across Nigeria
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license
    • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
