Program Associate – Democracy Program

Supports the Democracy Program, which strengthens democratic governance and electoral processes globally.

Supporting programme coordination and implementation
Conducting research related to democratic governance and elections
Assisting with reports, policy analysis, and programme documentation
Coordinating events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement

Administrative Assistant – Major Gifts (Development)

Supports the Major Gifts team within the development department.

Providing administrative and logistical support to fundraising activities
Managing donor communications and records
Coordinating meetings, schedules, and documentation
Supporting fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives

Senior Associate Director – Caregivers (Health Programs)

Part of the Center’s Health Programs, focusing on initiatives supporting caregivers and public health programmes.

Leading programme development and strategic initiatives
Managing partnerships with healthcare organizations and stakeholders
Overseeing programme implementation and evaluation
Supporting policy advocacy related to health and caregiving

Country Representative – Overseas Operations

Leads operations in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.

Managing the Center’s programmes and partnerships in both countries
Representing the organization with government institutions and international partners
Overseeing programme implementation, staff management, and strategic planning
Ensuring effective coordination of humanitarian and development activities
