    Key Responsibilities

    • Grant Management
      • Overseeing the full grantmaking cycle
      • Supporting proposal development and reviewing budgets
      • Managing payments, reporting, and compliance processes
    • Stakeholder Engagement
      • Acting as a liaison with grantees and partners
      • Providing guidance on processes and requirements
      • Conducting site visits and participating in programme meetings
    • Programme Development
      • Supporting the design of grant selection processes
      • Contributing to project planning and implementation
      • Assisting in setting annual goals and budgets
    • Collaboration and Coordination
      • Working with internal teams across programme, operations, and grant management
      • Supporting events, workshops, and external engagements
    • Operational Support
      • Managing consultant contracts
      • Supporting logistics and programme administration

    Requirements

    • A degree-level qualification (or equivalent)
    • Relevant experience in:
      • NGOs
      • Universities
      • Think tanks
      • Philanthropy or development organizations
    • Strong skills in:
      • Project and programme management
      • Strategic thinking and analysis
      • Communication and stakeholder engagement
    • High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural competence
    • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
    • Commitment to human rights, equity, and democratic values
    • Fluency in English (additional languages are beneficial)
