Operations Enablement Lead @Affirm

Overview

The Operations Enablement Lead at Affirm will support the delivery of high-quality servicing experiences across the Operations organization. The role involves defining and executing strategies to ensure operational readiness and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with servicing strategy and long-term business priorities.
• Define and execute servicing strategy, tracking progress against KPIs and budgets.
• Drive improvements using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data-driven methodologies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop technical resources.
• Oversee the design and delivery of training programs for onboarding and continuous learning.
• Anticipate operational needs tied to product launches and regulatory changes.
• Use metrics and qualitative feedback to assess workflows and knowledge adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and cross-functional partners.
• Lead and coach staff and contractors to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Ensure global teams successfully adopt new processes and platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and change management (certifications preferred).
• Experience in knowledge management and training implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
• Comfort in high-growth environments and operational ambiguity.
• Willingness to provide occasional support outside regular working hours.
