Staff Product Manager @Lattice

Overview

Lattice is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the future of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and its integrations that enhance Lattice AI. The role focuses on connecting Lattice performance data with various AI tools and other productivity applications to enhance interoperability and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the MCP and AI ecosystem vision and multi-year strategy for Lattice.
• Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors to enhance the use of Lattice data.
• Drive product direction for authentication, permissions, and data access to support future integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape technical direction on tool design and integration infrastructure.
• Partner with marketing teams to launch integrations that create measurable ecosystem impact.
• Influence key results in integration and MCP adoption, reliability, and growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, integrations, API, or ecosystem products.
• Proven experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems.
• Technical fluency across integration patterns, APIs, webhooks, and permissions.
• Experience with scalable integrations and partner launches.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior leaders and align teams.
• A bias for action in ambiguous environments.
