Overview

Unearthodox is seeking a dedicated Partnerships & Philanthropy Specialist to support and strengthen its fundraising and partnership efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of fundraising strategies
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, and donor communications
• Build and steward relationships with partners and donors
• Ensure consistency, structure, and follow-through across fundraising processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals

Requirements

• Experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or partnerships
• Skilled in developing high-quality written materials such as proposals and donor communications
• Capable of managing workflows independently and tracking multiple opportunities
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Able to understand broader strategic objectives and contribute accordingly
• Trust-building skills and cultural sensitivity in working across geographies
• Experience in social innovation, philanthropy, sustainability, or mission-driven organizations is a strong asset
• Comfortable working in evolving environments with flexibility and adaptability
