Pricing & Order Operations Analyst @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is looking for a Pricing & Order Operations Analyst to join the Order Operations & Monetization team. This remote role focuses on ensuring system changes related to pricing and order operations are tested and validated before going live.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing operations changes, including review, validation, and documentation.
• Validate pricing-related QTC changes and impacts to various departments.
• Participate as a subject-matter expert in UAT, ensuring relevant scenarios are represented.
• Document test results and maintain the regression test suite for QTC changes.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within order operations processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, or business systems analysis.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and structured testing skills.
• Clear written communication skills and a proactive approach.
