Pricing & Order Operations Analyst @Fivetran

Overview

This remote position involves supporting pricing and order operations within Fivetran’s Order Operations & Monetization team. The Pricing & Order Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring system changes are tested and validated prior to going live, ensuring operational readiness for pricing changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing operations changes through business requirement reviews, data validation, and configuration checks.
• Validate pricing-related changes across quoting, approvals, and downstream order execution.
• Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document test results and maintain the pricing and order operations portion of the regression test suite.
• Collaborate with IT’s business systems team for order operations rules validation.
• Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in pricing operations or order operations within an agile environment.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and structured testing capabilities.
• Comfort using AI tools to support daily tasks.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Proactive and organized approach to work.
