Pricing & Order Operations Analyst @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Pricing & Order Operations Analyst to join their Order Operations & Monetization team. This remote role focuses on restoring capacity for pricing and order operations testing, validating quote-to-cash processes, and providing operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pricing operations changes through requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation.
• Validate pricing-related quote-to-cash (QTC) changes across various operations, ensuring readiness before launch.
• Participate as a subject-matter expert in user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain documentation for configurations.
• Work with IT and sales teams to align order operations rules with pricing and quoting logic.
• Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues, escalating as necessary.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems.
• Attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
• Proactive and organized approach, capable of working across multiple teams.
• Experience using conversational AI tools is a plus.
