Principal Product Designer @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is looking for a Principal Product Designer to join their team. This role involves tackling complex UX challenges to elevate their product and improve access to data for organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end design strategy for key product areas.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization and influence product decisions.
• Utilize strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and align teams around a cohesive design strategy.
• Mentor and inspire the design team, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Conduct user research to understand technical user needs and inform design decisions.
• Deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment while navigating ambiguity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design, particularly for data-heavy SaaS/B2B products.
• Extensive AI tool and development experience.
• Proven leadership in major design initiatives and mentoring.
• Exceptional skills in user research, UX design, information architecture, and prototyping.
• Strong systems-thinking capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data integration or related technical fields is preferred.
