Principal Product Manager Agents and Context - Elasticsearch @Elastic

Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is looking for a Principal Product Manager to guide the vision, strategy, and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder. This role focuses on enabling users to build, manage, and scale context for AI agents, working with senior leadership and global AI developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to understand requirements and clarify product needs.
• Build, socialize, and align a roadmap for core context engineering capabilities for AI Agents.
• Understand the AI Agent market and assess its impact on strategy.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on benchmarking and evaluations of agent capabilities.
• Design user experiences addressing gaps in how agents show and refine context.
• Evangelize the capabilities of Agent Builder through blogs and open source projects.
• Engage with a broad ecosystem of AI partners including cloud service providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in technical, cloud infrastructure, or platform products.
• Deep technical understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs and vector databases.
• Ability to lead across organizations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Passion for industry trends and solving customer problems.
