Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Elastic Agent Builder. This role involves working with enterprise customers and a global community of AI developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers, sales teams, and solution architects to understand requirements and negotiate priorities.
• Develop and align a roadmap for context engineering capabilities for AI Agents.
• Analyze the AI Agent market and its impact on strategy.
• Work with data science and engineering teams on agent capabilities.
• Design user experiences that enhance context refinement.
• Evangelize Agent Builder capabilities through blogs and open source projects.
• Engage with a broad ecosystem of AI partners, including major cloud service providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for technical products.
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including LLMs and vector databases.
• Ability to learn quickly and utilize AI tools in decision-making.
• Proven leadership ability across organizations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex engineering concepts.
• Passion for industry trends and solving customer problems.
