Overview

Elastic is looking for a Principal Product Manager to serve as the primary product voice for Elastic Security's most strategic enterprise customers. The role involves managing enhancement requests and translating customer needs into coherent product direction across various product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enhancement request pipeline across multiple strategic enterprise accounts and maintain a structured system to track, prioritize, and respond to customer requirements.
• Translate customer requirements into shipped products, ensuring that the solutions benefit the broader market.
• Serve as the primary product voice in meetings with senior customer stakeholders, delivering roadmap updates while maintaining strong relationships.
• Prioritize requirements using structured frameworks and partner with product and engineering teams to write actionable requirements.
• Create artifacts such as roadmap trackers and enhancement request dashboards to provide visibility without extensive meetings.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or broader security operations platforms.
• Experience managing structured enhancement request pipelines for enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts for various audiences.
• Ability to navigate relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
