    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the strategic relationship for Instacart's largest and most complex supply chain partners, acting as the primary executive contact.
    • Define and drive long-term partnership strategies that align partner goals with Instacart's commercial objectives.
    • Lead and influence major cross-functional initiatives across various departments, ensuring accountability to outcomes.
    • Shape the strategic framework for supply chain partnerships, developing scalable playbooks, partnership models, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the supply chain ecosystem.
    • Serve as an internal expert on supply chain dynamics and partner needs, informing executive and product strategy.
    • Analyze complex datasets to derive insights that influence strategic decisions.
    • Represent Instacart in high-stakes external situations including negotiations and partner meetings.
    • Mentor and coach other partner managers to enhance team capabilities.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, consulting, or business development, with a successful track record in senior-level partnerships.
    • Ability to develop and execute impactful strategies at the company level.
    • Experience influencing executive stakeholders without formal authority.
    • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into clear strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
    • Proven track record in leading complex initiatives through to results.

    Benefits

    Instacart offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a range of annual equity grants. Specific compensation for Canadian candidates is between $189,000 and $199,500 CAD.

    Location

    This is a remote role available to candidates based in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
