Product Partner Manager @Figma

Overview

Figma is expanding its Business Development & Partnerships team with the goal of enhancing product experiences and driving user and revenue growth through partnerships. The AI Product Partner Manager will focus on developing relationships with AI model and technology providers to create partnership opportunities, drive integrations, and help shape product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own partnership strategies for AI model providers and strategic technology partners.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI Research to align on roadmap priorities and partnership recommendations.
• Evaluate inbound opportunities and develop clear recommendations for product leaders.
• Lead partnership opportunities including integrations and go-to-market programs.
• Align stakeholders around partnership structures, lead negotiations, and execute agreements.
• Manage the day-to-day health of partner relationships and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate on scoping integrations and technical opportunities.
• Prepare and facilitate executive briefings and strategic partner meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or technology partnerships or business development.
• Proven history of leading end-to-end deals, including negotiating terms and executing agreements.
• Experience with APIs, extensibility platforms, and AI model integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with strategic judgment and initiative.

Compensation will be based on individual qualifications and market demands, with an annual salary range of $140,000 — $296,000 USD.
