Key Responsibilities

Oversee program delivery and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead program and project design, planning, and implementation.
Maintain high standards of program quality and delivery.
Strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems.
Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.
Supervise program staff and support their professional development.
Engage with external stakeholders and represent the organization at events.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors.
Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring compliance with policies.

Requirements

Degree in Social Work, Psychology, International Development, Law, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of NGO program management experience.
Experience in project design, budget management, and donor compliance.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
Ability to multitask and adapt in high-pressure environments.
