    Overview

    Dropbox is looking for a Program Manager within their People Operations, Rewards, and Technology team (PORT). The role focuses on delivering operational services, optimizing people processes, and ensuring a positive experience for employees throughout their careers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global Contingent Workforce program.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for CW processes, escalations, and program-related questions from MSP.
    • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure consistent program execution.
    • Monitor program processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement improvements.
    • Maintain and continuously improve CW policies, processes, documentation, and governance.
    • Support reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking.
    • Support ServiceNow enhancements and updates.
    • Collaborate with Dropbox vendors to resolve day-to-day inquiries.
    • Develop and ensure standard HR operating procedures are in place with clear SLAs.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans in collaboration with HR, Recruiting, and Finance.
    • Support project execution and continuous process improvement for onboarding and Contingent workforce operations.
    • Maintain documentation for services and communicate with stakeholders as necessary.
    • Identify and make recommendations on program/process changes.
    • Support ad-hoc HR Ops tasks and reporting.
    • Create SOPs and job aids to streamline processes.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/HR administration.
    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Experience in Workday and HR Operations service request management.
    • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of satisfaction.
    • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail, and Google Docs.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience with ServiceNow.

    Benefits

    Compensation for the role is based on US zones:

    • US Zone 1: $130,100 — $176,000 USD
    • US Zone 2: $117,000 — $158,400 USD
    • US Zone 3: $104,000 — $140,800 USD

    Location

    This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States.
