Overview

The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is seeking a Project Coordinator for Youth Entrepreneurship & Innovation to support the development of youth-led agribusinesses and startups in Nigeria’s agrifood sector. This role will drive incubation, mentorship, and access-to-finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of youth entrepreneurship and innovation programme activities
• Facilitate mentorship, coaching, and Business Development Services (BDS) for young entrepreneurs
• Support innovation challenges, hackathons, and pitch competitions
• Collaborate with partners to scale digital tools for productivity, traceability, and market access
• Build partnerships with innovation hubs, universities, accelerators, and development agencies
• Coordinate technical partnerships with agritech and digital solution providers
• Deliver training on entrepreneurship, business models, innovation management, and digital skills

Requirements

• Experience in entrepreneurship development, innovation management, or MSME support programmes
• Experience working with startups, accelerators, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong project management experience, particularly with innovation grant programmes
• Familiarity with agribusiness ecosystems and value chain development

Competitive Salary (Starting from NGN 14,550,552 per year)
