Overview

Figma is seeking an experienced full life-cycle Recruiter to support its growth in Singapore and across the APAC region. This full-time role involves building and executing the talent strategy and hiring top talent across key business functions within a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for go to market functions like sales & marketing.
• Partner with leaders to develop strategies for key roles.
• Source and build healthy pipelines for engaging passive talent through techniques like cold outreach and events.
• Leverage data to inform hiring strategies and influence executives.
• Identify and drive business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high growth business.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches.
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS/scaling tech landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore.
• Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
• Ability to build a talent strategy and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
