Regional Director, Enterprise @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives. This full-time, remote position plays a crucial role in driving new business and expansion opportunities across strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
• Drive a high-accountability culture through coaching and setting clear expectations.
• Champion sales rigor using MEDDPICC and other value-based methodologies.
• Collaborate with various departments to build an effective Enterprise go-to-market strategy.
• Ensure excellence in sales execution for complex deals and drive enterprise pipeline generation.
• Forecast sales and communicate consistently with the executive leadership team.
• Work alongside technology and SI partners for successful co-selling efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with a proven track record.
• Strong history of overachievement in sales and team performance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team through growth and change.
• Experience in building an outbound selling culture and accountability for pipeline generation.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with consumption business and leveraging AI in sales.
