Regional Director, Enterprise @Fivetran

Overview

The role involves serving as the Regional Director for Enterprise Sales at Fivetran, a company that helps organizations easily access and move data. This fully remote position is focused on leading and scaling a team of Enterprise Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and empower a team to exceed revenue targets.
• Drive a culture of accountability with best-in-class coaching and clear expectations.
• Champion sales rigor through value-based methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in various departments to build an effective Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Ensure excellence in sales execution for complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Drive ownership of pipeline generation and encourage collaboration for effective prospecting.
• Forecast accurately to the executive leadership team.
• Work closely with technology partners for successful co-selling initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing teams.
• Proven history of revenue overachievement as a seller and leader.
• Ability to motivate and lead AEs through continuous growth.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and outbound selling culture.
• Expertise in both land and expand sales motions.

Location

This is a remote role but must be based out of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Massachusetts in the United States.
