Overview

The role involves managing and coaching a team of enterprise account executives in the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area, leading pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and deal execution. This position reports to the Area Vice President of Sales and focuses on driving new logo and expansion revenue within the region's largest data and analytics organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of enterprise account executives focused on pipeline generation and deal progression.
• Own territory planning and account segmentation across new logo and expansion efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions architecture, customer success, and professional services to drive execution.
• Represent the territory in weekly forecast and pipeline reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and ramp new account executives as the team scales.
• Build and reinforce a consistent sales methodology, including discovery and qualification.
• Engage directly in strategic deals and executive relationships as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise or strategic account executives in data, analytics, or infrastructure software.
• Proven track record of building and scaling teams that exceed quotas.
• Strong forecasting discipline with experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience selling to complex technical buying committees.
• Familiarity with the dbt platform and modern data stack is a plus.
• A coaching-first management style, willing to engage in deals as necessary.
• Based in or willing to be based in the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest, with regional travel expected.
