Relief International is hiring for multiple remote positions to support its global operations. These roles are open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate global assurance, audit, and compliance activities.
- Manage assurance data, documentation, and reporting.
- Support internal controls reviews and risk assessments.
- Contribute to organizational process improvements.
- Lead end-to-end awards management.
- Monitor donor compliance and reporting.
- Oversee award systems and data management.
- Build capacity in award management processes.
- Design, deliver, and quality-assure global safety and security training programs.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Support security risk assessments and incident management.
- Represent RI in external security training initiatives.
- Lead global financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee proposal budgets and financial projections.
- Develop tools for country master budgets.
- Analyze funding gaps and risks.
- Collaborate across finance, grants, and program teams.
- Implement and support procurement, inventory, and asset management systems.
- Support system configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Lead pilot and scaling of inventory management systems.
- Develop training materials and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
- Support emergency supply chain needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in internal audit, assurance, or risk management.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; professional certifications preferred.
- Extensive experience in grants and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of donor regulations and financial systems.
- Minimum 8 years in security management, including training delivery.
- Certified in security and emergency first aid.
- Fluency in English; Arabic/French is a plus.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Experience in international NGO financial planning.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Extensive experience in ERP system implementation (NetSuite or similar).
- Strong project management and training skills.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.
