Requirements

Must-have pantry staples (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related role.
• Experience managing complex relationships at senior levels, engaging with Director, VP, and C-suite contacts.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and build strategic stories from data.
• Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in revenue growth, product adoption, or operational improvements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct management authority.

• Experience in e-commerce, grocery, retail, or marketplaces.
• Ability to build and present executive-level business reviews or strategic roadmaps.

Benefits

Instacart offers highly competitive compensation and benefits. The base pay range for this role is $135,000 — $142,500 CAD. Additionally, this role is eligible for new hire equity grants and annual refresh grants.

Location

This is a remote position available only in Canada, specifically the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
