Instacart is transforming the grocery industry by making it easier for everyone to access the food they love. The company is currently hiring a Retail Partner Manager to manage relationships with retailers that have joined the platform, focusing on growth strategies and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch new partners and manage relationships with existing Instacart retail partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of Instacart's business operations.
• Create strategic plans to meet retail partners' needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans on tight deadlines.
• Oversee the launch process for new partners, managing catalog setup, marketing, PR, and operations.
• Analyze data to drive business insights and scalable growth strategies.
• Establish processes for efficient team operations and enhanced retailer relationships.
• Devise strategies to help retail partners grow their business on Instacart.
• Engage and collaborate with external partners at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of account management experience; MBA preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex issues.
• Experience with large data sets and capability to extract business insights.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Solid stakeholder management abilities for internal and external audiences.
• Proficient in managing across functions and presenting to leadership.
• Creative and structured problem-solving skills.

Benefits

Instacart offers competitive compensation and various benefits for employees in their respective locations. This role includes eligibility for a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants. Specific salary ranges for Canada are listed between $158,000 — $166,500 CAD.

Location

This is a remote position available only to candidates in Canada, specifically in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
