Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of emerging brands, focusing on upsells, renewals, and new media adoption.
• Sell across the full Instacart Ads ecosystem, including sponsored, display, video, and off-platform solutions.
• Create data-driven business reviews and storytelling that align campaign performance with brand growth goals.
• Educate brands on the e-commerce landscape and how to position Instacart as a key retail media channel.
• Maintain a high-velocity sales cadence in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance the partner experience.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital media sales, media buying, or CPG advertising, preferably in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Strong data-driven storytelling skills to synthesize campaign metrics into compelling narratives.
• Consultative sales approach with a proven track record of growing accounts through education and solution-selling.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and retail media ecosystem.
• Ability to thrive in a high-activity sales environment, demonstrating organizational skills and responsiveness.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Google Suite, and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with ad platforms and AI tools is a plus.
• Curiosity about the future of retail media and strategies for brand success.
