Rosabon Financial Services is hiring a Sales Team Lead for its Asset Creation / Wealth Management division. This role is key to driving risk asset sales and loan disbursement growth through strategic customer relationships and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain team structure and manage daily operations.
Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market analysis and customer perception research for new products.
Establish and maintain a strong customer base and develop sales strategies.
Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.

Requirements

First degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products, particularly Consumer Lending.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience building new sales territories.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
